アメリカがイスラムとイスラム教徒に対する最新の十字軍戦争を開始してから605日が過ぎた。
大勢のムスリム捕虜がこの十字軍に捕らえられてキューバのグアンタナモ湾へ連行された。

●パキスタン-アフガニスタン国境付近の戦闘でアフガン兵4名死亡
チャマン（アッザーム）：
アフガニスタン南部のパキスタン国境近くで起きたタリバン聖戦士とアフガニスタン政府軍の戦闘で4人のアフガニスタン政府軍兵士が死亡した。
スピンボルダックから約60km南東のUrghusaan地区で起きた戦闘で2人の聖戦士が殉教した。
スピンボルダックの行政長官サイッド・ファザルはジャーナリストに、「通常のパトロールをしていたアフガン兵が、重機関銃を装備したおよそ1ダースの聖戦士の待ち伏せ攻撃に遭った」と、話した。
彼は、「アフガン兵の報復攻撃で2人の聖戦士が殉教、生き残った10名はなんとか脱出した」と付け加えた。
タリバン・スポークスマンは匿名の場所から、「4人のアフガニスタン兵士が死亡した。そして、聖戦士は他に2人の兵士を捕えた」と、述べた。
連合軍はその地域で捜索・救出作戦を開始した。
ハミッド・カルザイの兄弟（アーメド・ワリ・カルザイ）のカンダハルの住居がロケットで攻撃された。
ロシア製のロケットは爆発しなかった。従って、犠牲者が出たとの報告はない。
●ムジャヒディン4名逮捕
カブール（アッザーム）：
アフガニスタン当局は、アフガン南部でアラビ人司令官1人を含む4人の聖戦士を逮捕したとクレームした。
コーストの部隊司令官ハイアル・バッズは、その逮捕は月曜日になされたと話した。
ビデオカメラ、ピストルに衛星電話も押収された。
アフガン市民軍は、パトロール中に容疑者を逮捕したとクレームした。
逮捕者は後刻、米部隊に引き渡された。
北部同盟司令官アタ・ムハンマドは、地方司令官シーン・グル、シャリフとラーマトゥラー・ガージ将軍と共に新しい同盟を結成したと宣言した。
同盟の名称は「Nahfat Islami Milli」で、本部はマザリシャリフに置き、クンドゥス、サマンガーンとカブールに支部を置くことになる。
アフガニスタン東部地方の知事達は、タリバンの再編成を警告した。

A number of Muslim prisoners were captured in this Crusade and taken to Guantanamo Bay in Cuba where their beards were forcibly shaved and they are being held in cages subject to Malaria, heatstroke and other tropical diseases.
Four Afghan Troops Killed in Encounter with Mujahideen Near Pak-Afghan Border
CHAMAN (AZZAM):
Four Afghan government troops were killed in an encounter between Taliban Mujahideen and Afghan government forces in southern Afghanistan proximate to the Pakistani borders.
Two Mujahideen were also martyred in the encounter which occured approximately 60km south-east of Spin Boldak in Urghusaan district.
Spin Boldak's commissioner, Syed Fazal, told journalists that the Afghan troops were on a regular guard patrol when they were ambushed by approximately a dozen Mujahideen using heavy machine guns.
He added that two Taliban were martyred in a retaliatory attack by the Afghan militia, whilst the remaining ten managed to safely exit.
A Taliban spokesman from an anonymous location stated that four Afghan troops were killed and two others captured by the Mujahideen.
The coalition forces have started a search and rescue operation in the region.
Hamid Karzai's brother, Ahmed Wali Karzai, had his residence in Kandahar attacked by rockets.
The Russian made rockets did not explode on impact, and consequently there was no loss of lives reported.
Four Mujahideen Arrested in Afghanistan
KABUL (AZZAM):
Afghan authorities claim to have arrested four Mujahideen in southern Afghanistan including an Arab commander.
The corps commander of Khost, Khial Baaz, said that the arrests were made on Monday.
Video cameras, pistols and a satellite phone were also seized.
Afghan militia troops claimed to have arrested the suspects whilst on a guard patrol.
The arrested were later handed over to US troops.
Northern Alliance commander, Atta Muhammad, has declared the formation of a new alliance with local commanders - Sheen Gul, Sharif and General Rehmatullah Ghazi.
The alliance's name is Nahfat Islami Milli, and will be head-quartered in Mazar-e-Sharif with branches in Qundoz, Sumangan and Kabul.
Eastern Afghan provincial governors have warned of the reorganisation of the Taliban.
Two Afghan troops were killed in a rocket attack on Afghan military camp in Gardez, four others sustained life threatening injuries.
