サラマッドレポート　〜ファルージャについて〜
今日（10日）はアメリカ大使館前の抗議集会に参加してきた。その後LAN TO IRAQの反省会を終え、何とか今朝届いたサラマッドからのメールの翻訳を始めた。

〜以下サラマッドから〜

マイフレンド、返事遅れたとしたら申し訳ない。人々から意見をきいていたんだ。

まず伝えることは、今ファルージャに入ることはとても困難だ。本当に方法がない、不可能だ。全ての道は封鎖されているんだ。たくさんの人々が助けたがっているけど、まだまだ難しすぎる。でも明日イスラム宗教者委員会に行って、方法はあるか、また、ファルージャの状況についてきいてみるよ。

今はバグダッドも危なすぎる。政府の決定によって、バグダッドとひどいことに他の都市も夜10：30過ぎから朝の4：30までは外出できない。

以前の攻撃は路上に爆弾を仕掛けたもの、または爆弾を大量に積んだ車両によるものだったが、今では多くの武装グループが警察と国家警備隊に対して正面から攻撃している。また警察は米軍といっしょに各都市を塞ぎ孤立させている。例えばドーラでは、マハディとハイウェイに戦車を配置し、夜間ドーラ周囲の全ての道路を封鎖しているので町の外に出ることが出来ない。しかし全ての都市が同じというわけではなく、いくつかは封鎖されていない。

武装グループはいま、（以前とは）違った目的で攻撃している。例えばキリスト教教会など。今の彼らの目的は、まさにアメリカと政府の気持ちを混乱させることにある。

また、今はヘリコプターが頭上を超低空で飛行している。そして飛行機はバグダッド上空ですら多すぎるほど見かけ、やはり超低空で飛行している。他にも知っているとおり今は非常事態のルールになっている。だから警察と国家警備隊はいかなる理由でも銃を使う。例えばもし彼らが止まれと言ったのに止まらなかったり、口論になったりすると、ほとんどの場合、彼らは殺しこそはしないものの、頭上で銃を撃って脅すんだ。

午後5時以降にもなると人々は家に隠れる。怖いからだ。もし夜8時頃出かければ、道路はまるで車の走っていない。おぼえているかな。まるで君がいたあの戦時下のようなんだ。

そう、君が言うとおり、いまファルージャでは一般市民が留まっている。

テレビで流れていた通り、米軍はファルージャの二つの橋を占拠した。それは市の中心部に非常に近いということ。おそらく500メートルほどだろう。

〜人々の声〜

１．ファルージャで起きていることは許されざる大罪であり、反対している。また、アラウィはただの犯罪者だ。サダムフセインとなんら違いはない。我々は選挙という冗談の中に生きている。なぜならそのために毎日人が死んでいる。死体の上の選挙など望まない。

２．今ファルージャで起こっていることはいいことだ。テロリスト達は我々の国から出て行かなければならない。ファルージャの人々には気の毒だが、彼らがテロリスト達を市内に受け入れたのだ。

３．我々は今自由を手に入れている。それぞれの戦争において敗者は存在する。ファルージャの人々が状況を受け入れないのには理解できない。つまりアメリカがいて、新しい政府が出来て、サダムの時代は終わったのだ。思うに彼らが受け入れたくないのは、ほとんどの人がサダムと働いていたから。だから彼らはまだサダム時代のような気持ちを持っているのだ。

４．どのように新しい政府とアメリカに我々を殺す許可を与えるのか。これは一時的な政権でありアメリカは占領軍だということは皆知っている。彼らはイスラムを嫌い、アラウィはアメリカのために働くただの代理人。だから出来るだけたくさん殺せば彼はご機嫌なんだ。アラーはファルージャの英雄を救う。そしてファルージャもイラクも決してアメリカにイエスとは言わない。

５．そしてこれは僕の意見。このファルージャでの戦争には、二つの見方がある。僕はそう思わないが仮にアメリカが正しいとすると、ファルージャにはテロリストがいるということになる。それはつまり彼ら（米軍）が攻撃するとき、彼らはそのテロリスト達にファルージャを離れる機会を与えるということ。なぜならすでに彼らテロリスト達はファルージャに出入りする秘密の道をしっているから、もし米軍がファルージャに入れば、米軍がファルージャにいる間に、彼らは逃げ出しイラク全土に隠れるだろうから、それはよくない。そして僕が思っている通り、アメリカが正しくないとすれば、彼らはたくさんのイラク人を殺し、彼らと新政府に抵抗する新たな敵を生み出すことになる。そして始めからこれは政府の失敗だった。なぜなら彼らはファルージャの人々と宗教指導者との交渉に十分な時間をかけなかったから。話し合う道はいつも開かれていたのに。

６．アマラの意見：ハロー、YATCH、サラマッドがあなたのメールを読んでくれたとき、あなたが人間の盾で入りたい（ほどの気持ちだ）ということを伝えてくれたとき、最初の気持ちとしては、うん、ぜひ来て、全ての平和を望む普通の人に来てもらって、何かやりましょうよと伝えようかとも思った。でも、それから米兵がファルージャと避難している市民に対して攻撃するやり方を見たとき、それは決していい考えではないと思ったの。だって彼ら兵士達は全く遠慮がないし、何ものも彼らを止められない。彼らにはこの町を破壊するという命令があり、彼らはそれをするでしょう。私は他の国のどの大統領も何も言わないということに対してただ恥ずかしさを感じる。ファルージャの1000から2000人の戦士に対して、12000もの米兵がいるなんて信じられる？ジャーナリストは入ることも撮影することも許されていない。私はファルージャから（車で）一時間のところにいて、こんな仕打ちを受ける必要のない人々のことを考えている。彼らは数週間前から、夜も昼も、戦闘機から、戦車から、我々のしらないたくさんの兵器によって攻撃を受けている。彼らは第二の橋までたどり着いたことを誇りにしている。でも12000人もの人間がそんな小さな村にいるなんて！！！！！！！

たとえ彼らに十分なことが出来ないとしても、君の周りで起こっていることを全てについて、話すことをやめてはならない。もう一度繰り返すけど、本当に、我々は何を言うのにも小さすぎる存在だけど、人々が一緒になれば、政府に圧力をかけることが出来る。

ニュースを見るたびに、僕の目からは涙が零れ落ちる。僕に出来ることは、正義が成し遂げられることを祈るだけだ。
この大量虐殺は、人々をより暴力的にするのを後押しするだろう。ファルージャで攻撃が始まってから、連日、犯罪はより一層大きくなっている。それでもまたアメリカは何も考えない。ファルージャのレジスタンスを取り除こうとすればするほど、彼らは皆逃げていって、他の地域で復讐をしているというのに。それが今起こっていることだというのに。

Hello my friend, I am sorry if I late to answer you but because I was asking people about their opinion.
In the beginning let me tell you, that, it is too difficult to enter falluja and really there is no way, impossible, because all the ways closed, and really there is too much people want to help but still too much difficult but tomorrow I will go to Islamic board to ask them if there is way and also to ask them what the situation in falluja.
About Baghdad now, it is too dangerous, you know now you can not go out after 10.30 night that what our government decide until 4.30 morning in Baghdad and worst in other cities.
Before fighting was by put bombs in the way or by cars full by bombs, but now there are many armed groups attacking police and national guards face to face, also now police with USA block each city alone, for example they block dora they put tank in Mahdia and in high way and in all ways around dora in night so you can not leave your city but not all city same some of them they did not block them.
Armed groups attacking now deferent aims, for example churches Because their aims now just to make mind of USA and government busy.
Also now helicopters flight too low in above our head, and now we see air crafts and too much even above Baghdad and also flight too low, other thing you know now our rules became emergency, that why now police our national gard use their guns for any reason for example if you don’t stop when they tell you stop or if you fight with them by speak, most of time they don’t kill you but just they shot in above your head to scare you.
Now you find people hide in their house after 5 o'clock because they scared and if you go out around 8 o'clock you will find our streets empty like if you remember war time when you was here.
Yes as you say there is some people stay in falluja now citizens.
As they show in TV amrican occupied two bridges in falluja that mean they too close from center of city maybe 500 m.
People opinions :
1.we think what happened in falluja big harram and we against it also we think aid alawy only criminal and there is no deferent between him and sadam hussain, we think we live in joke call election , because for that our people die every day , so we don’t want election on our died people bodies .
2.we think it is good what happen in falluja now because those terrorists have to leave our country and we feel sorry for falluja people but they accept to receive terrorists in their city .
3.we think we get freedom now and in each war there are losers and we can not understand why falluja people doesn't want to accept the situation I mean USA here and new government here and sadam time go, but I think they don’t want to accept because most of them were work with sadam so they still have same mind like in sadam time.
4.how give permission to new government and USA to kill our people and every body know it is temporary government and USA is occupation, because they don’t like Islam and that Always only agent work for America so for him as much as can kill people he will be happy and allah help our people those heroes in falluja, and falluja and Iraq never will say yes for USA .
5.and this is my own opinion(sarmad). With this war on falluja there are two ways to this war , if amrica right as I don’t think so there is terrorist in falluja , that mean when they attack them they give to those terrorists chance to leave falluja because already they know too many secret way to enter and leave falluja so that mean if USA enter falluja they will run away to be hide in all Iraq while they were only in falluja and it is not good , and if USA not right as I think so that mean they killed more Iraqis and make other enemies against them and against new government . and since beginning it was government fault because they did not spend time for negotiation with falluja people and with their shaik and always there is way to talk .
6.Amara`s opinion hello yatch when sarmad read your email to me and tell me you want to come to be a human shield my first idea was to call you and say yes please come , come all of you normal people who want peace and lets do something .But then when I look at American soldiers the way they hit falluja and the civilian who did not live their house I think its not a too good idea because those soldiers don’t care at all ,nothing can stop them they have the order to destroy this town and they will do it . I am just ashamed that no president of other country say nothing. Can you believe that they are about 12000 American soldiers against 1 or 2000 fighters in falluja. No journalist are allowed to enter and film .I am here one hour to falluja and I think every seconds about those people they don’t deserve what they getting they get hit night and day since several weeks by plane by tank and by many weapons we don’t know about it . They are proud they arrived to the second bridge but 12000 man for a so little village.!!!!!!

Even we can not do much for those people you must not stop talk about what is happening all around you. But once again really we are too little to say anything but what the people can do together is make pressure on their government.
Every time I see the news tears fall from my eyes but all I can do is pray that justice is done.
This genocide push the people to be more violent because since it started in Falluja the crimes get bigger and bigger every day because once again American did not think that by trying to get rid of the resistance in Falluja they will all run away and take their revenge in other area and that what is happening.

Summary of meeting of Islamic board 20 of October 2004-11-09
We muslin scientist in Iraq after listening to Falluja people and what American and government destroy in their city, and after allaoui declaration` that his patient finish with negotiation in falluja that the reason the people from falluja stop negotiate with him and also after he say even its not true that zarkaoui is in falluja so we arrive to some claims and resolutions
Our claims :
1) we claim secretary of united nation and all members of security council to be against this genocide and ask them to verify the facts in Falluja
2) we claim Arabic union to stop this crimes and genocide that American pursue in Falluja, and also verify the facts in Falluja
3) we claim Islamic and Arabic people and policies organizations to help their brothers in Iraq we claim president of Arab to stop keep silent and support Iraqi case , to let their people not feel angry against them because they keep silent.
4) We are surprised of Islamic conference and Islamic world union and Al azharr alsharif why do they keep silent while they must help their Muslim brothers as Islam say.
Our resolutions
1) we see Iraki do their right by fighting against occupation and ask god to help them and to bless them.
2) 2) ayad allaoui have all the responsibility for all usa and his army do against our people in Falluja and about the way he make the negotiation break in Falluja.
3) We will boycott the election if those election will be marked by the blood of our brothers
4) .We will use other strong way if this war happen.
5) We will make an official decret to the population in Iraq to make those resolutions followed.
And now Islamic board decide today to boycott election and it call all the police and national guards to stop support USA or listen to allawi and mr.moktada al sadir also said same thing, so USA send big leader to talk with shaik harith al dari boss of Islamic board to share in election but mr.harith told that leader it is Iraqis affairs, so mr .harith did not talk with him
