そのロックフェラー財団の総帥デビッド・ロックフェラーの右腕であるヘンリー・キッシンジャーが『世界人口の削減』を唱えている。その同調者にはビルダーバーグ、ローマクラブのメンバーたちをはじめブッシュ家やハリマン家もいる。このことからも判るとおり、キッシンジャーの言葉というよりデビッド・ロックフェラーの言葉だろう。（簡単に言えば命令。今から起こることへの）
さらにロックフェラーらは西ナイルウイルスのワクチンでも金儲けを画策？しているかもしれない。
このような背景の裏で88人の微生物学者や科学者が死亡しているというなんとも陰謀めいた出来事も起きている。
