The Occupation Forces’ Losses:
During the period from 24 to 30/4/2005, the Supreme Command of the Resistance and Liberation Forces has issued fifteen military communiqu市 on their redemptive operations and heroic clashes against the occupation forces, their mercenaries and their collaborators in: Arbeel, Basra, Atrabeil, Alkhalidiya, Saddam International Airport, Sa’marra, Najaf, Karkouk, Mosul, Sulaimania, Haditha, Alqa’em, Fallujah, Alamara, Tikrit, Baquba, Alramadi, Alghazalia, Aldour, Diyala, Alhabania, Alho’waija, Baghdad ( where clashes took place in Alamiriya, Alshouala town, Alsalihiya, nafaq Alshordha, alharithiya, Aldoura, Saddam town, the Green District, Almuthanna airport, Almansour, 14 Ramadan, Aladthamiya and Alkathimiya.)
The losse of the occupation forces during the above stated period were summed up as follows:
・ 307 killed.
・ 365 injured.
・ 2 helicopters were shot down.
・ 4 un-manned reconnaissance planes were shot down.
・ 5 main oil pipelines were set a blaze.
・ 24 armored vehicles were destroyed.
・ 42 various vehicles were destroyed.
Epics and Scenes from the Redemptive Actions of the Resistance Forces:
The resistance’s missiles have brought down one US Apache north west Karkouk:
On Monday 25/4/2005, the Iraqi resistance succeeded in shooting down on US Apache over Alho’waija north west the city of Karkouk, north of the Iraqi capital Baghdad. Eye-witnesses indicated that the Apache was targeted when a missile type “Sterla” hit the helicopter directly and set it a blaze. Eye-witnesses reported that the Apache had crashed near a secondary school in the city.
Missile Attack Kills and Injures 18 US soldiers and Destroys on of the US Surveillance Center in Alhabania:
The Iraqi resistance have launched an attack on the American base in Alhabania west of Fallujah where they’re taking ex-Tammouz air base as their Headquarters. The base was hit by four missiles type “Karad” and morter shells at 4 pm on Thursday 28 April.
Eye-witnesses in the city indicated the occupation forces retaliated against the missile shelling in Albu-marai’ village east of the base closer to its perimeter. As a result, four civilians were killed among the was a young girl, and no one of the resistance militants was hurt. Reporters from “Mufakkirit Al-Islam” said according to Lieutenant Kareem Allawi that the attack resulted in the killing and injuring of 18 US soldiers, and the destruction of one of the US surveillance center east of the base. Eye-witnesses also said that columns of thick smoke were seen escalating from the base, and 3 helicopters hovered and landed inside the base without ferrying any corpses or wounded persons to the main base in Alramadi or east of Fallujah which’s known as “Almaziraa”
