Al-Anbar Province.

Al-Khalidiyah.

Three US soldiers reported killed, one wounded in Saturday bombing in al-Khalidiyah.

In a dispatch posted at 4:45pm Mecca time Saturday afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that an Iraqi Resistance bomb exploded on the main road in al-Khalidiyah, west of Baghdad on Saturday.

The al-Khalidiyah correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported eyewitnesses as saying that a bomb that had been planted by the side of the road in the area exploded as a US column was driving past. The explosion completely destroyed a Humvee, killing three US troops and severely wounding a fourth.

Ar-Ramadi.

Resistance bombards joint US-Iraqi puppet camp in eastern ar-Ramadi.

In a dispatch posted at 5:40pm Mecca time Saturday afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that Iraqi Resistance forces fired four 82mm mortar rounds into a joint US-Iraqi puppet army camp in the al-Bu Hazim area to the east of ar-Ramadi, some 110km west of Baghdad.

The ar-Ramadi correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported eyewitnesses as saying that plumes of some could be seen rising from the camp after the barrage, although no precise information on the nature or extent of casualties was available.

Resistance bomb disables US vehicle east of ar-Ramadi.

In a dispatch posted at 12:50pm Mecca time Saturday afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that an Iraqi Resistance bomb exploded by a US military column on the main road east of ar-Ramadi.

The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported residents of the al-Bu Fahd area east of ar-Ramadi as saying that a bomb planted by the side fo the road near the eastern entrance to the city blew up by a passing US column, disabling one Humvee and wounding three US troops who were aboard it.

Baghdad.

Resistance bomb rips through puppet police patrol near Technology University.

In a dispatch posted at 6pm Mecca time Saturday afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that an Iraqi Resistance bomb exploded on as-Sina‘ah Street near the Technology University in Eastern Baghdad.

The Baghdad correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported owners of nearby shops as saying that the bomb went off as a puppet police patrol was driving past, disabling one patrol vehicle and wounding two puppet policemen, one of them seriously.

Fourteen bodies of Sunnis found in northwest Baghdad a week after being arrested by puppet “Shock Troops.”

In a dispatch posted at 4:50pm Mecca time Saturday afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that residents in the northwestern Baghdad district of ash-Shu‘lah discovered the bodies of 14 Iraqi Sunnis who had been arrested last week by the puppet “Interior Ministry Shock Troops (Maghawir)” in the Sab‘ al-Bur area north of Baghdad.

The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported eyewitnesses as saying that they found the 14 bodies bound and blind folded shot in their heads and chests.

The correspondent added that the bodies were identified and it became known that the puppet “Shock Troops” had arrested them from the al-Aqsa Mosque in the Sab‘ al-Bur area. Nevertheless, as is their habit, the puppet police and puppet “Shock Troops,” both organizations dominated by pro-American Shi‘i sectarian Badr Brigade militiamen, denied any responsibility for the arrests and murders.

Resistance bomb blasts puppet police patrol in al-Bayya‘.

In a dispatch posted at 10:40am Mecca time Saturday morning, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that an Iraqi Resistance bomb had exploded by an Iraqi puppet police patrol on the main road in the al-Bayya‘ district of southwest Baghdad.

The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported residents of al-Bayya‘ as saying that the bomb disabled a patrol vehicle, wounding two puppet policemen, one of them a lieutenant.

Diyala Province.

Salman Bak.

Resistance forces bombard joint US-Iraqi puppet headquarters in Salman Bak.

In a dispatch posted at 12:40pm Mecca time Saturday afternoon, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that Iraqi Resistance forces fired eight mortar rounds into the joint US-Iraqi puppet army headquarters in the Salman Bak area southeast of Baghdad.

The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported residents of Salman Bak who witnessed the attack as saying that the mortar rounds set off explosions and sent plumes of smoke billowing into the sky.

Ba‘qubah.

Resistance bombards joint US-Iraqi puppet military base in Ba‘qubah Airport.

In a dispatch posted at 11:10cca time Saturday morning, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that Iraqi Resistance forces fired four medium-range Katyusha rockets into the joint headquarters of US and Iraqi puppet forces set up in the Sa‘d Airport in Ba‘qbah, 65km northeast of Baghdad.

The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported a source in the Iraqi puppet police as saing that th bombardment sent plumes of smoke rising into the sky.

Ninwa Province.

Mosul.

Resistance mounts multiple attacks on pro-US Kurdish separatist party offices in Mosul.

In a dispatch posted at 11:30am Mecca time Saturday morning, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that Iraqi Resistance forces had subjected the Mosul headquarters of the pro-American Kurdish separatist groups, the Kurdistani National Party and the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan to numerous attacks in the last 24 hours.

The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported residents of the al-Bakr neighborhood of Mosul as saying that Resistance fighters armed with light and medium weapons assaulted the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan headquarters, killing one guard and wounding two more.

The Iraqi Resistance also bombarded the headquarters of the Kurdistan National Party headed by the pro-occupation Kurdish separatist Jalal at-Talibani in the al-Masarif neighborhood of Mosul with four mortar shells. The rounds blasted directly into the building, killing one party member and wounding three guards.

Resistance fighters armed with light and medium weapons attacked the headquarters of the same Kurdistan National Party in the al-Bakr neighborhood as well, killing and wounding a number of the guards.

Resistance forces assault puppet army headquarters in Mosul’s at-Tahrir neighborhood.

In a dispatch posted at 11am Mecca time Saturday morning, Mafkarat al-Islam reported that Iraqi Resistance fighters carried out a two-stage attack on a headquarters of Iraqi puppet forces in the at-Tahrir neighborhood of downtown Mosul in northern Iraq.

The correspondent for Mafkarat al-Islam reported residents of at-Tahrir as saying that Resistance fighters armed with light and medium weapons assaulted the headquarters and at the same time bombarded it with four mortar rounds. Plumes of smoke were seen rising from inside the compound, but no detailed information on the nature or extent of casualties was available.
