・ニック・バーグ氏はオクラホマ大学学生・臨時職員だった。
・地元放送局が、911に使われたとされるユナイテッド93便のハイジャッカーの
航空券がオクラホマ大学図書館の端末から購入されていると伝えた。
・同大学図書館職員による裏付け。購入者は白人至上主義者にみえる白人男性。
・バーグ氏がザカリウス・ムサウイとの関係（お互いのPCにメールアドレスや
パスワードの記録が残る。実父も証言）でFBIの捜査を受けている。
・オクラホマ州内のテロ活動。
・同大学長David Boren氏と元CIA長官ジョージ・テネット氏の親しい関係
などから、ニック・バーグ氏は’アルカイダ’に浸透し工作・扇動活動を行う
任務を帯びたCIAエージェントで、’汚い仕事’を葬るためにイラクで殺害された
と確信するに至ります。
