この時期に憲法９条を改訂するのは良くないという点では、私も同意する。

しかしこのフランシス・フクヤマという人は色々なバックグラウンドがある人。

まず、彼の勤務するジョーンズ・ホプキンス大学は、クエーカー教徒だったジョーンズ・ホプキンスによって創立された大学。今でも、クエーカー教徒の留学生が多い大学として有名。
