The correspondent reported that a new offensive against ar-Ramadi appeared to be underway. A witness reported that bodies of women and children were strewn around on al-Mal‘ab Street at the time of reporting.

Dr. Hafiz ‘Ani, the acting director of the ar-Ramadi city hospital asked to use Mafkarat al-Islam as a means by which to call on doctors and health care specialists from all the cities near ar-Ramadi to come to the city to help care for the wounded, bury the dead, and donate blood.
