Israel and the US have developed directed energy weapons AKA lasers to shoot missiles out of the sky, even artillery and mortars. Israel is playing helpless while they possess incredibly powerful guided weaponry. Hamas has primitive unguided rockets, mortars, light arms and rocks. Israel has nukes, F-16's, Apaches, chemical weapons, guided missiles and bunker busters and much more. Fair fight?

Another video showing that Israel has the capability to shoot these missiles down. This clip is about 1-2 years old. Israel has supreme targetiing capability and Hamas does not. Israel can shoot down their rockets but chooses not to. And yet, all the civilians that are dying are be killed at the hands of the Israelis.

Someone in the middle east made this silent video, and it's exactly what I was wondering about the Hamas firing the little missles into Israel and Israel acts like it's a reason to carry out a high-tech invasion of the area.
I was thinking, Israel has satellites that can read the license plate on a car, why can't they spot the isolated people tossing these hollow tubes over there. Hamas missles are little more than hollow tubes with an explosive on the end. The people fire them out of frustration because of the opression. But do they really?
Israel has Patriot Missle systems, and US manufactured computerized laser weaponry that could zero in like a video game and bat these impotent little scuds down like flies. Hell, Israel has nuclear warheads.
No, I think Israel is just looking for a reason to go into Gaza on Bush's watch, plain and simple.
But watch this video. It is exactly what I was thinking, about why Israel doesn't just take these little hand launched missles out one by one, like pecking bottles off a wall?..
