●アル・カーイダはロヤ・ジルガへの攻撃を開始するかみしれない
ニューヨーク(ニュース・デスク）：
アメリカ当局は、「多数の上級タリバンとアル・カーイダ聖戦士が最近パキスタンの異なる地域に潜入したかもしれず、彼等は来月カブールで開催されるロヤ・ジルガの攻撃を計画しているかもしれない。」という懸念を表明した。
ロヤ・ジルガ会議の狙いには、明らかに本当の『部族の』やり方で、全民族集団を代表するアフガニスタン中央政府を設立することが含まれている。
駐アフガニスタン米軍司令官フランクリン少将は最近のインタビューで、
「連合軍は現在、２つのグループに分けた1000人の非アフガニスタン人兵士と共にパキスタン西部の部族地域で捜索活動を行っている」と、述べた。
他方、聖戦士軍が（予測される）夏季の攻勢の一端としての攻撃を始める怖れがあるなか、数百人の英国海兵隊員がアフガニスタン−パキスタン国境近くに配備された。
およそ500人の英兵がハゲタカ作戦に投入されてコーストに配備された。
ハゲタカ作戦の主要目的は聖戦士軍がアフガニスタンに出入りするのをストップさせることにある。
信頼できる筋は、パキスタン・アフガニスタンの至る所で聖戦士の活動が活発化していることを示唆する。

Al-Qaida May Launch Attacks on the Loya Jirga Council In Kabul
NewYork(News Desk) :
American authorities have expressed concern at the fact that a number of senior Taliban and Al-Qaida Mujahideen might have disappeared into different regions of Pakistan recently and that they may be planning an attack on the Loya Jirga Council, which is to be held next month in Kabul.
The aims of the Loya Jirga council include the establishment of a national government in Afghanistan, to be apparently representative of all ethnic groups in true 'tribal' fashion.
The Commander of U.S. Forces in Afghanistan, Major General Franklin, said in a recent interview that two groups of coalition forces along with 1000 non Afghan soldiers are currently carrying out search operations in the western tribal regions of Pakistan.
On the other hand, hundreds of British Marines have been deployed close to Afghanistan's border with Pakistan amid fears that Mujahideen forces are about to launch attacks as part of their expected Summer Offensives.
Approximately 500 British troops have been deployed in Khost and are involved in Operation Buzzard, which has its primary objective to stop infiltration of Mujahideen forces in and out of Afghanistan.
Reliable sources are indicating an increased amount of Mujahideen activity throughout regions of Pakistan and Afghanistan and we request that the Muslims all around the world strengthen their Mujahid brothers with their sincerest of supplications.
