●戸別捜査で25人逮捕
ペシャワール（アッザーム）：
2000人以上のパキスタン軍と準軍事組織の部隊がアフガン南部のワジルスタンで戸別の捜索活動を行い25人の男を逮捕した。
その地域の部族民たちは、（部族地域に潜んでいる）アル・カーイダ・メンバーを引き渡すか、さもなければ重大な結果に直面することになると警告された。
そのため、部族の指導者たちは次にどんな行動をとるべきかを議論するための会議をセットアップした。
40個のロシア製の地雷が南ワジルスタンの家で見つかり、その家の所有者が逮捕された。
米当局は、およそ1000人のアル・カーイダ戦士がパキスタン・アフガニスタン国境地帯で活動していると推測している。
そしてそのような地区に駐留する米軍は臨戦体制をしいている。
米国務省のプレス・リリースで米国政府は、パキスタン政府と兵士の断固とした援助に対する謝意と、10名のパキスタン兵の死に対する弔意を表明した。
（イスラムの）男がいと高きアッラーの御名のために戦うことを拒否し、そればかりかユダヤ人とキリスト教徒を保護する為に喜んで命を投げうつとは、本当にこれはこのウンマの不健全さの徴である。

25 Arrested in House to House Raids

Peshawar (Azzam):
Over 2000 Pakistani Army and Paramilitary Troops have taken part in house to house raids in Southern Waziristan arresting 25 men.
The Tribes in the region were warned that they must hand over any Al-Qaida members amongst them or face the consequences.
As such Tribal leaders have set up a council which will meet to discuss their next move.
40 Russian made land mines were found in a house in a region of Southern Waziristan.
The owner of the house has been arrested.
The US authorities suspect that almost 1000 Al-Qaida fighters are active on the border between Pakistan and Afghanistan and as such US forces are on high alert in these regions.
In a press release from the US Foreign Office, the US government thanked the Pakistani Government and soldiers for their unyielding assistance and expressed grief over the death of 10 Pakistani soldiers.
It is truly a sign of the disease within this Ummah that men refuse to fight to make the Name of Allah Most High, and yet are more than willing to lay down their lives protecting the Jews and Christians.
