●ミールワイス病院近くで待ち伏せ攻撃、米兵３名が死亡
カンダハル（アッザーム）：
この前の火曜日に、カンダハルのミールワイス病院近くで米兵のグループを狙った待ち伏せ攻撃があった。
３人の米兵がその場で殺され、他に２人の重傷者がでた。
攻撃者は上手く逃げおおせた。
国際メディアは、米軍の損害は軽微で、待ち伏せ攻撃での負傷者は1人だけと報じた。
このレポートを寄稿した情報源は、実際に待伏せ攻撃を目撃した。
地方当局も、3人のアメリカ兵の死を確認した。
待伏せ攻撃を受けたグループは、ウルズガン地方の村の爆撃の負傷者の詳細情報を集めに来ていた。
●スピンボルダックで続く武器庫の爆発で米兵2名が死亡
スピンボルダック（アッザーム）：
水曜日、援助団体が会議の為にカンダハル地方スピンボルダックの外務局に集合している間に爆発が起きた。
ＵＮＨＣＲやアル－メディーナ・トラスト、アル－アクタル・トラスト、ラブタ・アラム・イスラミのメンバーが会合の準備をしていたときに突然現れたアメリカ兵が直ちに建物を空けるよう命令した。
30分程後に、大爆発が再び町の武器庫を揺すぶった。
この爆発で2人の米兵が死亡し、2人が負傷したことがのちに明らかになった。
先週から続いている武器庫の爆発による死者は今のところ15人以上である。
この爆発の原因になりうる物として、次の３つの理由が提示された：
Ⅰ．アフガニスタン情報機関筋は、夜の間に武器庫にミサイルが放たれてこの爆発が起きたと話した。
Ⅱ．地元住民は、アメリカ人自身が夜間に武器庫を狙ってミサイルを放ったと話す。
Ⅲ．米国の情報筋は、爆発の原因は武器庫内での漏電だと主張している。

Ambush Near Meerwais Hospital, 3 US Soldiers Killed 2 Injured
Kandahar (Azzam):
The ambush was aimed at a group of US soldiers near Meerwais hospital in Kandahar last Tuesday.
Three soldiers were killed on the spot while two others sustained serious injuries.
The assailants succeeded in escaping after the attack.
The international media has portrayed the US damage as being light saying there was only one soldier injured during the ambush.
The sources who contributed to this current report were actual eyewitnesses of the ambush.
Local officials also confirmed the death of three American soldiers.
The group that was ambushed had come to gather details of those injured due to the US bombing of a village in the Uruzgan province.
Continuing explosions in Spin Boldak Ammunition Depot Kills 2 US Troops and Wounds 2 Others
Spin Boldak (Azzam):
The explosions occurred on Wednesday while aid agencies had gathered for a meeting at the Afghan Foreign office in Spin Boldak in the Kandahar district.
Members of the UNHCR, Al-Madina Trust, Al-Akhtar Trust and Rabta Alam Islami organisation were preparing for the meeting when US soldiers suddenly arrived and ordered them to immediately vacate the premises.
Around half an hour afterwards the town's ammunition depot was once again rocked by massive explosions.
Reports later emerged that two American soldiers were killed as a result of the explosions and two others were injured.
Explosions at the depot have been going on for the past week and so far more than fifteen people have have been killed due to this.
Three reasons have been presented as possible causes for these explosions:
i. Afghan Intelligence sources say these explosions started when missiles were fired on this depot during the night.
ii. Locals say the Americans themselves targeted the ammunition depot with missiles during the night
iii. US sources claim the explosions were due to a short circuit inside the depot.
