●スペインでアル・カーイダ容疑者逮捕

マドリード（アッザーム）：
月曜日、3人の男がスペイン警察に逮捕された。彼等は同地のアメリカの施設への攻撃を計画していたアル・カーイダのメンバーだと疑われている。
3人の男はシリア人だと思われる。スペインの内務大臣は彼等の名はアブドゥル・ラーマン・アル-アルナウト、ガサブ・アル-アブラッシュ・ガリュンとムハンマド・ヘイル・アル-サクだと発表した。
捜査当局は、アメリカの重要なビルと記念碑の写真とビデオが（この3人の男のうち）1人の男の住居で発見されたと主張した。
9月11日の背後にいるものの一部が2001年7月にスペイン東部で会合をもったということを示唆したレポートをリークしたのはスペイン警察だと思われる。
それは更に、この3人の男たちが3年ほど前にアメリカに旅行し、ＷＴＣのツイン・タワーを様々な角度から写真・ビデオ撮影をしていたことを示している。
この男たちは拘留されており、目下のところ情報当局者と情報機関の尋問を受けている。

3 Al-Qaida Suspects Arrested In Spain

Madrid (Azzam):
Three men were arrested by Spanish police on Monday, suspected to be members of Al-Qaida, who were planning attacks on U.S. installations in the country.
The three men are believed to be of Syrian origin and have been named by the Spanish interior minister as Abdul Rahman Al- Arnaut, Ghasub Al-Abrash Ghalyun and Muhammad Khair Al-Saqq.
Investigating officials' claim that photographs and video film of important U.S. buildings and monuments were found at one of the three men's residence.
It is believed that Spanish police were leaked a report, which suggested that some of the people behind the September 11 attacks had held a meeting in Eastern Spain in July 2001.
It was further suggested that these three men had taken a trip to the U.S. around three years ago and photographed/filmed the Twin Towers of the World Trade Centre from various different angles.
The men have been held in custody and are currently being interrogated by different intelligence officials and agencies.
