タリバ指揮官ムッラー・ファザル、キャンプX-RAYで拷問死

情報筋は、アメリカ情報機関の野蛮な拷問のせいでムッラー・ファザル・アーワンド（タリバンのチーフ・コマンダー）がグアンタナモ湾（キューバ）のキャンプX-RAYで殉教したことを明らかにした。
信頼できる筋がさらにそれを具体化したために、この風説は月曜日にカンダハル中に流布された。
ムッラー・ファザルに近い情報筋は、ムッラー・ファザルがキャンプX-RAY（彼はそこで冷酷で野蛮な拷問を受けている）に囚われていることを明らかにした。
しかしながら、その情報筋は彼の殉教のレポートを認めなかった。
グアンタナモ湾を法的に所有する者がない点は注目に値する。そこでは、国際人権条約上の標準的な条件は法律上実施可能ではない。

Taliban Chief Commander Mulla Fazal Tortured To Death At Camp X-Ray

Sources have indicated that due to the barbaric nature of the torture used by the American intelligence apparatus at Camp X-Ray in Guantamano Bay, Cuba - Mulla Fazal Akhwand, one of the chief commanders of the Taliban has embraced martyrdom.
This rumour, yet to be substantiated by a reliable source, was being circulated in Kandahar on Monday.
A source closer to Mulla Fazal indicates that he was held by the US in Camp X-Ray, where he had been tortured ruthlessly and barbarically.
However the same source has not confirmed the report of his martyrdom.
It is worth noting that Guantamano bay is a legal no mans land, where the normal provisions on International Human Rights treaties are not legally enforceable.
