イギリスの裁判所は、英国市民Feeroz Abbasiの家族から提出された嘆願書を却下した。
嘆願書（それはFeeroz Abbasiの家族に代わって作成された）は、アメリカによってキューバで違法に拘留されているFeeroz Abbasiの解放を求めたものである。
その嘆願書は、イギリス政府はFeeroz Abbasiに代わってこの問題にあたり、イギリス市民の安全を保証すべきであると迫っている。
イギリスの裁判所は嘆願書を却下した。
イギリス政府は、Feeroz Abbasiの逮捕と拘留の継続が違法なことを認めるが、その市民の保護を保証するための法的責任を果たすことを強制されることはない。
Feeroz Abbasiは、アフガニスタンでタリバンと共に捕えられた。

397 days have passed since America launched its latest Crusade against Islam and its people.
A number of Muslim prisoners were captured in this Crusade and taken to Guantanamo Bay in Cuba where their beards were forcibly shaved and they are being held in cages subject to Malaria, heatstroke and other tropical diseases.
One of these prisoners is Musab Ash-Shareef from from the direct descendants of the Prophet (SAWS), from Quraish, from Makkah, Arabian Peninsula.
British Citizen's Request For Freedom From Camp X-Ray Denied
LONDON (AZZAM):
The British court of justice rejected the petition filed by British citizen Feeroz Abbasi's family.
The petition, which was made on behalf of the family of Feeroz Abbasi, was to grant him freedom from illegal US detention in Cuba.
The petition demanded that the British government should act for Feeroz Abbasi in the matter and ensure the safety of its citizen.
The British court of justice denied the petition.
Whilst accepting that the arrest of Feeroz Abbasi and his continued detention are illegal, the UK government cannot be forced to fulfil its legal responsibilities to ensure the protection of its citizens.
Feeroz Abbasi was arrested along with Taliban from with in Afghanistan.
