９・１１米国事変で使われた“旅客機”は自動操縦されていたのか？？

――これは、世界貿易センター突入に使われたのはグローバル
ホークのような無線操縦機ではないのか、という指摘を紹介したもの
でした。
カミカゼ突入が“よくできた芝居”だったと仮定するなら、その仕掛
け人は誰かという話になりますが、ここでは米国の統一協会系新聞
『ワシントン・タイムズ』が９・１１事変前日に報じたまことに興味ぶかい
記事が紹介されていました。その部分をプレイバックしますと――

●「９・１１カミカゼ作戦に“特攻パイロット”は乗っていなかった？！」
（Operation 911: NO SUICIDE PILOTS）というのが、その記事の
題名で、これを発表したのは「Waco Holocaust Electronic Museum」
のキャロル・ヴァレンタイン氏。この博物館は、1993年にテキサス州
ウェイコウ（Waco：テキサス州中部フォートワースの南方, ブラゾス
川沿岸の人口10万の都市、ベイラー大学の所在地）で1993年で起
きた政府による教団虐殺事件――いわゆる「ブランチ・ダヴィディアン
事件」――を忘れないために、政府の暴虐についての資料を収集・
発表しています
●さて、ヴァレンタイン氏の記事を見てまず仰天したのは、まさに
あの“事変”の前日――９月10日――に、なんと統一教会のプロパ
ガンダ装置である『ワシントン・タイムズ』の一面に、「米国が新生
パレスチナ国家の樹立を認めてイスラエルとパレスチナ国家の双
方にPKFを送れば、イスラエル正規軍はともかくとして、モサドが
“パレスチナやアラブの仕業と見せかけて”米軍攻撃を行なう可能
性がある」という、米軍の先進軍事研究学校による予測を書きたて
ていたことでした。
その件りだけ抜粋しますと――
アメリカ陸軍・先進軍事研究学校（SAMS）は、イスラエルならそれ
（自動操縦旅客機による米国内施設への“カミカゼ特攻”）を確実に
実行できる能力がある、と見ている。2001年９月10日にワシントン・
タイムズ紙が１面にこんな記事を載せた――「イスラエルの諜報機関
モサドついて、SAMSの将官はこう語る。“この連中の行動は予見不能
だ。やることが冷酷でずるがしこい。米軍部隊を襲って、それをパレス
チナやアラブの仕業に見せかけるだけの能力がある。」

アメリカ陸軍えり抜きの研究センターが、イスラエルとパレスチナ
の和平合意を実施するための計画を策定してきたが、それによれば
十分に武装した２万人の兵員をイスラエルと新生パレスチナ国家の
全域に貼り付けておく必要があるという。
（中略）
このSAMS報告書は、イスラエルとの和平合意のもとで「新生
パレスチナ国家」が誕生したのちの“最初の１年”に、平和実施作戦
遂行の過程で何が起きるかを予測し、両地域に駐留する米軍が
どんな危険に直面するかを考察している。
この報告書はイスラエル軍を「イスラエルに生息する５００ポンド
級のゴリラ」と呼んでいるが、この“ゴリラ”は「十分な装備と訓練を
受けていて、ガザ地区の両側で作戦行動を行なう。任務のために
国際法を踏みにじる習性があるのは既知の事実だが、米軍に
じかに砲火を浴びせることはきわめて考えにくい。ただし米軍機
を撃ち落とす危険性はとりわけて高い。
イスラエルの諜報機関モサドについて、SAMSの将官はこう語る
――「この連中の行動は予見不能だ。やることが冷酷でずるがしこい。
米軍部隊を襲って、それをパレスチナやアラブの仕業に見せかける
だけの能力がある。
パレスチナ側については、この報告書は、かの地域の若者を
「どこに飛ぶか分からない大砲のようなもので、制御不能で
ときには暴発する」と表現している。この報告書には、暗殺攻撃や
人質の誘拐によって米軍を襲う恐れがあるアラブのテロ集団が
５つ列挙されている。

――というわけで、９・１１米国事変の直前まで全世界から
「アパルトヘイト国家」呼ばわりされる瀬戸際にあったイスラエル
が、あの事変を境に政治的形勢を完全に逆転させたのですから、
『ワシントン・タイムズ』が報じていたことの指す意味は大きかった
といえるでしょう。（この新聞の活動意義はともかくとして、米国軍部
が内密にポスト「パレスチナ国家」後のイスラエル暴政の軍事的
封じ込めを検討していたという事実が公表されたという意味です。）
●イスラエルが米国を扇動してイラク叩きを行なわせようとしてきた
ことも、すでに少なからぬ情報から明らかになっています。……で、
イラク叩きの根拠として馬鹿殿・小ブッシュが持ち出したロジックは、
「イラクは大量破壊兵器を持っている恐れがある―→大量破壊兵器
を持っている国はテロ支援国家だ―→米国は“テロ撲滅戦争”で
テロ支援国家を容赦なく叩く―→ゆえに米国はイラクを叩く―→ウマ〜」
という餓鬼の論理だったわけですが、これだと米国は自分をペンペン
せねばならない。アホ〜。 ……それにイラク叩きの絶好のネタだった
炭疽菌騒動についても、最も怪しいのは身内にいた……という形勢
になりそうで、テメエでデッチ上げた“イラク叩きの正当性”すら破綻
しようとしています。
●米国をイラク叩きに誘導したいイスラエルとすれば、脳タリンの
巨人が思った以上に無能だった……ということでガックリきてるで
しょうね。 だから、イスラエル国家存続のための“障害”絶滅の
ために、あらっぽい仕掛けをする必要が出てきたのかも知れない。
……つまり、パレスチナ過激勢力のしわざに見せかけた対イスラエル
“テロ”の自作自演です。 日本共産党や米国の過激派の歴史を
見てみると、警察や公安のパシリ犬が潜入して党派活動をあらぬ
方向へ暴走させるのは“権力の定石”のようである。……とすれば
パレスチナ解放をうたう組織にそうした工作員が入って誘導を行な
っているとしても不思議ではない。（あくまでも推測ですけどね。）
●いわゆる「パレスチナゲリラ」による「自爆テロ」のなかには、
イスラエルの政治的難局を救うかのようなタイミングで起きたもの
が過去に少なからずあった。 こうしてテロがイスラエル政府当局
の秘密活動なり、極右シオニスト勢力によって起きていたとしても、
「イスラエル国家の存亡をかけた戦い」だという大義があれば、正
当化されるでしょう。なにしろイスラエルの強硬路線を守るために
首相を公然と暗殺してきた勢力が、政権中枢の近くにいるわけです
から。
●今回の「自爆テロ」騒動を受けて、９・１１米国事変を「イスラエル
にとって良いことだ」と公言したシャロン首相が小ブッシュと相談を
行なったようですが、イスラエル国内では極右勢力がアラファトの
排除やパレスチナ暫定政府の壊滅を主張しているとのこと。
●『ワールド・トリビューン』の最新の報道によれば、イスラエル
政府はパレスチナに「戦争」を仕掛けてパレスチナ暫定政権を
壊滅し――ということは「パレスチナ国家」樹立プランは帳消し
になるってこと――新たな分割統治を狙っているようです。
●この記事を見て、私はまず、スターリンから「南進」の了解をとり
つけ戦端を開いた金日成を連想してしまいました。カルト国家
の暴走はまったく困ったものです。やはり２１世紀は、カルト国家に
振り回される“暗黒の世紀”になるのでしょうか……。

Sharon seeks Bush OK for attack that could end Arafat era

WASHINGTON - In his meeting with President George Bush today, Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon may seek U.S. backing for a counterattack that would either exile Yasser Arafat or destroy the Palestinian Authority altogether.
Sharon had been scheduled to meet Bush on Monday. But aides said Bush has agreed to meet Sharon at Sunday noon Eastern Standard Time in the wake of two devastating suicide bombings over the weekend that killed at least 25 Israelis.
Sharon Saturday pressed for an immediate meeting with the president to discuss options for a military campaign against Palestinian terrorism. Aides said Sharon wants to relay to Bush an urgent message that Israel must respond to the latest wave of Palestinian attacks in Israeli cities, Middle East Newsline reported.
The aides said Sharon could seek a green light for an Israeli attack that could topple the Palestinian Authority.
The two options being examined by Sharon, the aides said, is whether to exile PA Chairman Arafat from the Palestinian areas and leave PA security agencies intact, or to destroy the Palestinian regime entirely. The aides said Sharon's security Cabinet would discuss the options over the next day.
"Now more than ever, Chairman Arafat and the Palestinian Authority must demonstrate through their actions, and not merely their words, their commitment to fight terror," Bush said in a statement. "Chairman Arafat and the Palestinian Authority must immediately find and arrest those responsible for the hideous murders. They must also act swiftly and decisively against the organizations that support them."
On late Saturday, two Palestinian suicide bombers blew themselves up in downtown Jerusalem - killing 10 and injuring about 180 people. Israeli authorities said a third bomb exploded from a nearby car on late Saturday in the cafe district of the city. The district was packed with youngsters.
Another suicide bombing Sunday killed 10 passengers on a bus in the Israeli city of Haifa. Initial reports said at least one and possibly two buses exploded on Sunday afternoon. Authorities said at least 40 people were injured in the blast.
The bombers were said to have been sent by the Islamic opposition Hamas movement. Hamas had pledged to avenge the Israeli assassination of bomber Mahmoud Abu Hanoud. Nobody has claimed responsibility for the attacks.
Earlier, Israel tightened the siege on the West Bank in wake of a wave of Palestinian attacks in the Jewish state.
Palestinian sources said Israeli troops and tanks have ringed such cities as Jenin, Kalkilya, Nablus and Tulkarm over the weekend. They said the troops also entered Jenin.

Arafat declares state of emergency; Peres to brief ambassadors

Palestinian Authority Chairman Yasser Arafat imposed a state of emergency on
the West Bank and the Gaza Strip on Sunday, the official PA radio reported.
The move followed a double suicide bombing and car bomb that killed 10
Israelis in Jerusalem on Saturday night and a bus bombing in Haifa that
killed at least 14 more on Sunday.
This means, for example, that only the police will be allowed to carry arms
in the Palestinian areas. Groups violating the emergency regulations would
be banned, according to the report.
Arafat consulted with his security chiefs following the attacks.
Nabil Abu Rdainah, a senior aide to Arafat, said the meeting was convened to
consider taking a "very important decision." He gave no details.
"It was decided the Palestinan Authority would hunt down activists and the
(militant) Islamic Jihad and Hamas groups, and people suspected of
involvement in attacks," the senior official said.
"The Palestinian Authority can take such radical and drastic steps only if
the Israeli authorities do not intervene to foil their attempts by carrying
out incursions or assassinations."
Israel says Arafat has not done enough to arrest militants and holds him
directly responsible for the latest bloodshed.
Palestinian officials say it is hard for Arafat to make such arrests while
Israel stokes anger among Palestinians by killing militants in missile
strikes and other attacks and repeatedly sends troops into Palestinian-ruled
territory.
Peres to brief foreign ambassadors on attacks
Foreign Minister Shimon Peres announced Sunday that he intends to hold a
meeting with all of the ambassadors currently residing in Israel in order to
brief them on the recent wave of terror attacks.
Filling in for Prime Minister Ariel Sharon, Peres convened the security
cabinet Sunday morning to discuss the suicide attacks in downtown Jerusalem
on Saturday night in which 10 people were killed and 180 injured. No
operative decisions will be taken, however, until Sharon returns from the
United States on Monday.
"Now we are talking about war and we have to respond accordingly," Minister
Shlomo Benizri told Channel One television. "These are not terror attacks
but acts of war," he added.
After speaking with Defense Minister Benjamin Ben-Eliezer Saturday night,
Sharon also consulted with top IDF and Shin Bet officials. As a result of
the attacks, the prime minister moved forward his meeting with President
George Bush from Monday to Sunday, so that he could return to Israel early.
After the attacks, Interior Minister Eli Yishai (Shas), a member of Sharon's
entourage, said the government had to "take steps that are beyond targeted
killings against terror [activists]."
He added that the government needed to decide whether or not to topple the
PA. "Israel will find it difficult to withstand another year or two of
terror attacks, which could cause social and economic collapse in the
country," he said.
But Science, Culture and Sports Minister Matan Vilnai (Labor), also in the
U.S. with Sharon, counseled against toppling Arafat, saying that if Arafat
was removed from the territories, he could be replaced by extreme
Palestinian groups like Hamas. "We have to pressure Arafat so that he
understands that he has no choice but to return to the negotiating table,"
he said.
Infrastructure Minister Avigdor Lieberman, of the far-right National
Union-Yisrael Beiteinu alliance, said that the time had come to "topple the
Palestinian Authority. It's clear that Hamas and [Islamic] Jihad would not
be able to act if Arafat didn't want them to," he said.
Lieberman said that after destroying the PA, Israel had to divide the
territories into four cantons, each with a local commander, whom he said
would not be taking orders from Arafat.
Removing Arafat, countered Labor's Yossi Beilin, would not make the violence
"disappear. After we wipe away the tears, we have to understand that the
solution is not in continuing violence or in the desire for revenge," he
said. "We have to exploit [U.S. envoy Anthony] Zinni's visit to renew
security talks at the highest levels."
"Yasser Arafat cannot be a partner," President Moshe Katsav said. "He is the
tragedy of the Palestinians. We are looking for someone who can be a
leader."
