●上記表題について報じたニュース記事で、私の手元にある
ものを時系列的につなげてみましたが、アラファト体制つぶしの
イスラエル・シオニストの“陰謀”が透けて見えるような茶番的
展開で、呆れて声も出ませんな。つまり……
【1】米国“テロ便乗戦争”のさなかに、イスラエル占領問題
の“調停”のためにご本尊アメリカからお奉行様が
やってくる （本尊からからお奉行様というのも変な話だが）
↓
【2】お奉行様の滞在中に、エルサレムの繁華街で、悲惨な
対市民大規模“爆撃”事件が起きる。（アメリカ人は
９・１１事変の惨状を思い出してビク〜リ！）
↓
【3】ただちに米国の高官が「アラファトは無能だ」宣伝をアナウンス
（国務長官のコメントはともかくとして、ラムズフェルド国防長官
の発言はあきらかに越権行為……っていうか余計な御世話）

【4】これに呼応するかたちでシャロンが米国で小ブッシュと会い、
アラファト体制絶滅の“最終的解決”について承諾を求める。
（いわばパレスチナ問題の“ミニミニ・ヴァンゼー会議”……）

【5】ナチスドイツがポーランドに進撃したときのような素早さで
懐胎期の「パレスチナ国家」の“へその緒”ともいうべき
アラファトへの電撃作戦を実施し、物理的抹殺を企てる

●ハマスがこの事件直後に所感を語っていますが、犯行声明
とは到底言えませんな。まだ犯行声明も出ていないようですし。
第一、イスラエルの高官さえ、犯人を特定できていない。しかし
イスラエル政府は「パレスチナ暫定政府がテロを支援している」
と決めつけて、それを「止める意思も能力もない」と宣言して、
いきなりアラファト抹殺のための軍事攻撃を実施したわけです。
【1】「テロ」犯罪が起きた

【2】イスラエルがやられたから
敵はパレスチナ勢力にきまってる
↓
【3】「テロリスト」をかくまっている
パレスチナ暫定政府・アラファト体制は

上記のロジックなりレトリックは、米国が“テロ便乗戦争”実施
の根拠に用いた餓鬼の屁理屈の、まさに猿マネなんですな。
……米国の２１世紀最大の“発明”は、まさにこの戦争正当化
のシナリオであります。(苦笑)
●ちなみに、ハマスのコメントの論理的な骨格は、つきつめて
いえば「ハァ〜、もっともだ〜、もっともだ〜♪」ということでしか
ありませんね。明石家マンション物語にでてくる安岡力也の
物まねふうに言えば、「ワガルワガル、わがるよ〜」……。
結局、これだけしか言明していないわけです。
仮にこれを“犯行声明”だと呼ぶのなら、歴代の日本政府は
イスラエルの領土泥棒的居座り行為や米国の対外軍事侵攻
の数々について「ワガルワガル、わがるよ〜」と言い続けて
きたわけで、立派な犯罪者ということになってしまいますね。
……そういう決めつけが、強引な冤罪デッチ上げ行為である
ことは明らかでしょう。つまり、アルカイダなりハマスなりの
組織が「オレたちがやりました」と名乗るまでは、犯行声明は
出ていないわけで、それを「出た」というのは詐話症という
一種の病気です。(政府やメディアの嘘つきには病気のレッテル
を貼るしかネエよ、ったく。)

Explosions Hit Central Jerusalem, Killing Six People EDS: 6th lead,
updates with Peres' comments
JERUSALEM, Dec 2, 2001 (Xinhua via COMTEX) -- Six people were confirmed dead and more than 150 people injured in three explosions that hit central Jerusalem consecutively late Saturday night and early Sunday morning.
At least 11 of the injured are in critical conditions. Police told Jerusalem residents to stay away from the blast sites. Israeli TV reported that Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon is considering cutting short his visit to the United States.
Far-right Israeli Minister of National Infrastructures Avigdor Lieberman said that the explosions clearly showed that the ongoing ceasefire mission by U.S. envoy Anthony Zinni has failed.

Peres told Israeli TV that "we still do not have exact details of where they came from and who did it and I don't want to jump to hasty conclusions." He added that he has been in touch with Sharon.

Israeli Health Ministry officials said that they planned to open the blood bank to meet the urgent need. They also called on citizens to donate blood.
The first two explosions occurred Saturday night at the Zion Square in the conjunction of Ben Yehuda Street and King George Street in Jerusalem, where there was a big crowd of young people at the end of the Jewish sabbath.
A third explosion went off around 20 minutes later in Rav Kook Street in the area. Jerusalem police chief Micky Levy said the third explosion had been caused by a car bomb.
Jerusalem fire chief Moshe Suissa, who was nearby when the blasts occurred, said that there were two explosions in quick succession close to the junction with King George Street. He told Israel Radio they were likely the work of two suicide bombers "who blew themselves up simultaneously."
Levy also said there had been two suicide bombers, who blew themselves up about 40 meters apart. He said that the car was ripped through during the ensuing evacuation of the area.
"There is a lot of damage and there are many injured," he said.
The director-general of Magen David Adom, Avi Zohar, said that 132 people have been taken to hospitals in the area, 75 suffering from light injuries, 35 in moderate condition and 11 in critical condition.
Zohar said that 50 ambulances have been used to take the wounded to hospital. He said that the hospitals have enough blood reserves as blood has been taken from hospitals around the Jewish state.
Doctors at Bikur Holim Hospital, which is several hundred meters from the scene of the blasts, said they have taken in 26 injured, one seriously, one in moderate condition, and 23 lightly wounded. They also confirmed that they had received one person killed in the blast.
Director of Hadassah University Hospital Mount Scopus said that his hospital has taken in 17 people, seven of them in moderate condition and 10 others having sustained light injuries.
The explosions were the latest of a series of violence raging in the region after the arrival of Zinni on Monday. On Thursday night, a Palestinian suicide bomber blew himself up on a bus near the northern Israeli city of Hadera, killing three people.

Hamas Justifies Bombing Attacks in Jerusalem

Rumsfeld Doubts Arafat Control Over Palestinians

doubts on Sunday about whether Palestinian President Yasser Arafat
had "good control" over the conflict with Israel.
In an interview on NBC's "Meet the Press," Rumsfeld said Arafat "is
not a particularly strong leader, and I don't know that he has good
control over the Palestinian situation."
"He has not ever delivered anything for the Palestinian people
throughout history," Rumsfeld said. "His record is not particularly
impressive."

it was imperative that Palestinian President Yasser Arafat "take
positive action now" to halt the violence in the Middle East.
Speaking on the CBS "Face the Nation" program, Powell said he told
Arafat on Saturday night that "he had to respond, not just pick up
the perpetrators" of deadly Palestinian bombings in Haifa and
Jerusalem, but ensure they remained in "real jails" and that he go
after organizations planning future attacks.

WASHINGTON - In his meeting with President George Bush today, Israeli
Prime Minister Ariel Sharon may seek U.S. backing for a counterattack
that would either exile Yasser Arafat or destroy the Palestinian
Authority altogether.
Sharon had been scheduled to meet Bush on Monday. But aides said Bush
has agreed to meet Sharon at Sunday noon Eastern Standard Time in the
wake of two devastating suicide bombings over the weekend that killed
at least 25 Israelis.
Sharon Saturday pressed for an immediate meeting with the president to
discuss options for a military campaign against Palestinian terrorism.
Aides said Sharon wants to relay to Bush an urgent message that Israel
must respond to the latest wave of Palestinian attacks in Israeli
cities, Middle East Newsline reported.
The aides said Sharon could seek a green light for an Israeli attack
that could topple the Palestinian Authority.
The two options being examined by Sharon, the aides said, is whether
to exile PA Chairman Arafat from the Palestinian areas and leave PA
security agencies intact, or to destroy the Palestinian regime
entirely. The aides said Sharon's security Cabinet would discuss the
options over the next day.
"Now more than ever, Chairman Arafat and the Palestinian Authority
must demonstrate through their actions, and not merely their words,
their commitment to fight terror," Bush said in a statement. "Chairman
Arafat and the Palestinian Authority must immediately find and arrest
those responsible for the hideous murders. They must also act swiftly
and decisively against the organizations that support them."
On late Saturday, two Palestinian suicide bombers blew themselves up
in downtown Jerusalem - killing 10 and injuring about 180 people.
Israeli authorities said a third bomb exploded from a nearby car on
late Saturday in the cafe district of the city. The district was
packed with youngsters.
Another suicide bombing Sunday killed 10 passengers on a bus in the
Israeli city of Haifa. Initial reports said at least one and possibly
two buses exploded on Sunday afternoon. Authorities said at least 40
people were injured in the blast.
The bombers were said to have been sent by the Islamic opposition
Hamas movement. Hamas had pledged to avenge the Israeli assassination
of bomber Mahmoud Abu Hanoud. Nobody has claimed responsibility for
the attacks.
Earlier, Israel tightened the siege on the West Bank in wake of a wave
of Palestinian attacks in the Jewish state.
Palestinian sources said Israeli troops and tanks have ringed such
cities as Jenin, Kalkilya, Nablus and Tulkarm over the weekend. They
said the troops also entered Jenin.
