●12月18日（火）の朝から米軍機はマリブのHusoun村を爆撃した。攻撃理由は（ラマダン以前にアメリカ政府から要求のあった）ムジャヒディンの引渡しに応じなかったからである。
これらのムジャヒディンはラマダン前に山へと村を去ったが、ラマダンが終了し彼等が村に居る家族と共にイードを祝おうと一時的に戻ったことをイエメン政府が知り、アメリカに通報した。
イエメンの特殊部隊が村に攻め込んだが、8人の死者、１００の捕虜を出し、イエメン政府はアメリカ空軍に爆撃を依頼した。
イエメン政府はこの爆撃依頼を否定し、爆撃はイエメン軍によるものだと主張するが、彼等にはそんな爆撃機も能力もない。
このテロ行為は『テロに対する戦争』が『イスラムに対する戦争』であることの証明である。
●アル・カイーダ捕虜とパキスタン兵の銃撃戦で15人が死亡。
●トラボラで捕虜となったムジャヒディンは実際には12名である。彼等はアメリカの爆撃によって傷ついたものや腸チフス、マラリアで弱ったものである。
このような者たちを保護する合意が地元部族との間にあったが、一部の偽善者がこのことを東部の軍指令官に通報した。
彼等はこの病人・怪我人たちを『投降者』と偽った。これはムスリムがアフガンで大敗したと喧伝したい西欧メディアのトリックである。
『この戦争の前には、アメリカの敵はオサマ・ビン・ラディン唯一人だった。
現在、世界中のイスラム教徒がアメリカに対する聖戦を望み、ムジャヒディンを支援したいと望む。アメリカには何百万もの敵がいる。』
20 December 2001 :
On the authority of Anas bin Malik (RA), the Messenger of Allah (SAWS) said:
"Whosoever fights in a single battle in the Path of Allah has rendered unto Allah all acts of obedience.
"So whosoever wills, then let him believe and whosoever wills then let him disbelieve.
Indeed we have prepared for the wrongdoers a fire." [Quran 18:29].
The Companions asked:
"After this hadith that we have heard from you, who will then abandon Jihad and sit behind?"
He (SAWS) said:
"Those whom Allah has cursed, His Anger is upon and for whom He has prepared a severe punishment are a people who will appear near the end of time and they will deny Jihad.
My Lord has taken an oath upon Himself that He will not break, that whichever of His servants meets him in such a state, He will punish him in such a way that He has not punished anyone in the Universe." [Ibn Asakir transmitted it in the section:
'The Seriousness of Abandoning Jihad.' (Mashari-ul-Ashwaq by Ibn Nuhaas, Vol. 1, P. 107)]
On the authority of Zaid bin Aslam Al-Adawi (RA) from his father (RA), the Messenger of Allah (SAWS) said:
"Jihad will remain sweet and green as long as rain continues to drop from the sky, yet there will come upon the people a time when their scholars will say:
'This is not the time for Jihad.'
So whoever witnesses this time then let him know that this is the best time for Jihad."
The Companions asked:
"O Messenger of Allah (SAWS), will anyone really say that?"
He (SAWS) replied:
"Yes, he upon whom is the curse of Allah, His Angels and all of mankind." [Ibn Asakir transmitted it. (Mashari- ul-Ashwaq by Ibn Nuhaas, Vol. 1, P. 110)]
US WARPLANES ATTACK TARGETS IN YEMEN
MARIB, YEMEN (Institute for Islamic Research and Studies):
Since the morning of Tuesday 18 December 2001, US warplanes have been bombing the Husoun village in Marib, Yemen, situated about 200km South East of Sanaa.
The reason for this bombing is due to the refusal of the Ale-Jalal tribe to hand over Mujahideen to the Yemeni Government which was given a list of names by the US Government just before Ramadan began (mid-November 2001).
The Mujahideen concerned thus informed the tribal leaders at the beginning of Ramadan that they would leave the villages and retire to the mountains.
The Mujahideen thus left the village under the leadership of Abu Ali Al-Harithi and amongst them were Abu Asim, Abu Ibrahim and Ayman.
When Ramadan finished, these Mujahideen returned briefly to the village in order to celebrate Eid with their families.
The Yemeni Government was alerted to their return and they informed the US Air Force, who in turn began to bomb targets in the village whilst Yemeni Special Forces entered the village on foot.
However, the tribesmen were ready and prepared for such an encounter and they fiercely resisted the onslaught, killing eight Yemeni Special Forces troops and capturing 100.
They also destroyed four armoured vehicles and captured nine Toyota 4WD jeeps in addition to an assortment of light and medium weapons with ammunition.
The Yemeni forces thus retreated from the villages and called in American air support after suffering this heavy defeat.
After Isha prayers on Tuesday night, US warplanes attacked the village, destroying the houses of Abu Ali Al-Harithi and Abu Asim in addition to the houses of two other Egyptian Mujahideen.
Three women are confirmed to have been killed and dozens of civilians, including children, injured in this barbaric act of terrorism in a residential area.
Exact details of casualties will be provided once possible.
The Yemeni Government strongly denied claims that US warplanes had taken part in this operation, insisting instead that it was their own planes that participated.
However, in addition to the presence of US markings on some unexploded bombs, the houses of those in question were destroyed with such accuracy and it is known that the Yemeni Air Force does not have the capability to possess or use such accurate weapons.
This terrorist act proves that the 'War Against Terror' is infact a war against Islam that has nothing to do with Usama Bin Ladin, nor a finite number of individuals.
Rather it is a war against true Islam that rejects subjugation by the Crusaders upon the Muslims.
After Yemen, the war against Islam is expected to spread to other Muslim countries such Somalia, Iraq, Indonesia and Sudan perhaps.
Has not the time come for Muslims to awake from their deep sleep and realise that this Crusade is a war against Islam that does not differentiate between those 'Muslims' who support the Crusaders and those who oppose them?
The US Government will not be satisfied with the Muslims except in two circumstances:
1. That the Muslims follow and obey them 100% much the same way as the Northern Alliance and Hamid Karzai, etc. have in Afghanistan, implenting all their laws, rules and commands.
2. That if it is not possible for the US to completely attack and destroy a Muslim country, then they will attempt to turn the government of that country against its own people under the banner of its 'War Against Terror', such that the governments of the Muslim countries become involved and occupied in civil wars against their own people.
Therefore after all these recent events, if any Muslim still remains unconvinced that this Crusade is a war against Islam, then he is ignorant and blind to the reality around him.
The Muslims in every part of the World are reminded yet again to increase in their supplications for Allah to grant victory to the Mujahideen in every land, and especially in Afghanistan;
to destroy the disbelievers, especially America;
to steady the shooting of the Mujahideen and to destabilise the shooting of the Crusaders and their allies;
that He makes the feet of the Mujahideen firm and that He shakes the ground beneath the feet of the Crusaders;
that He strengthens the hearts of the Mujahideen and places fear into the hearts of the Crusaders and their allies;
and that He grants victory to the Mujahideen and routs and humiliates the Crusaders and their allies, as He has Power over that.
Ameen.
DOZENS OF MUJAHIDEEN ESCAPE FROM PAKISTANI GUARDS:
OVER 15 KILLED
PESHAWAR (Daily Jang):
Fifteen people, including eight Pakistani guards and seven Arab al-Qaeda prisoners and were killed in a gun-battle on Wednesday official sources disclosed.
The clash took place in the town of Sadda in Pakistan tribal Kurram Agency, 120 kilometers from Peshawar, when Taliban/Al-Qaeda prisoners, who were being moved from the town near the Afghan border, snatched weapons from their guards and opened fire.
The Pakistani paramilitary troops guarding the prisoners retaliated, however, they sustained eight fatal casualties, including one regular army soldier and six members of the paramilitary levis and one Khasadar.
Seven of the prisoners were also killed.
Officials fear the death toll could rise.
This incident gives more weight to the fact that the Pakistani Government is openly at war with Islam and the Muslims, that the Pakistan Armed Forces and Government have nothing to do with Islam and the Muslims and that their weapons, training, ammunition and equipment is reserved for war not against Allah's enemies but against Allah's soldiers.
May Allah destroy the apostates within the Pakistan Government and Armed Forces and raise them up with the disbelievers on the Day when no-one will be able to intercede for another.
ON THE MUJAHIDEEN PRISONERS IN TORA BORA
TORA BORA (Institute for Islamic Research and Studies):
The World media has recently been showing photographs of captured Arab Mujahideen whom they say were captured when they fled the fighting in Tora Bora, and represent dozens more who have been captured.
The real number of captured Mujahideen is 12 and they comprise those who were seriously wounded due to the American bombing and those who were afflicted with diseases such as Typhoid and Malaria and thus were unable to move swiftly with the other Mujahideen groups.
Once in such a state, they made a deal with some friendly Afghan tribes who agreed to house and shelter them in their villages.
However, some hypocrites informed the apostate Eastern Alliance troops, who promptly came to the villages and arrested these men, claiming that they had surrendered during the fighting.
Even pictures of the men shown on television and show that all of the men are either injured or sick.
This is just another trick of the Western media to dishearten Muslims and make it out that the Muslims are being severely defeated in Afghanistan.
In regards to this, a Mujahideen spokesman said:
"We remind the Muslims we have pledged to continue this war with the Crusaders until victory or martyrdom.
One of the costs of these objectives is that undoubtedly some of us will be captured and others will be killed.
We did not enter this war with guarantees that we will not be killed or captured.
The Sunnah (tradition) of Allah in us and in those who came before us and will come after us, that some days we win over our enemy, whilst other days they win over us.
This is the nature of war, as Allah has mentioned in the Quran [3:140] and this also happened to the Messenger of Allah (SAWS) and his Companions, as well as the Prophets of Allah before him;
so why should it not happen to us?
Therefore we say to the Muslims that even if hundreds of us were killed or captured, that will not mean that we have lost, because such is the nature of war.
However, we are confident and certain of Allah's Victory that will come to us in the end and will be a relief for the believers and a shock to the disbelievers and hypocrites.
In the words of Field Commander Khattab himself, in an interview hoped to be published later this week, he said:
"Before this war, America had only one enemy, Usama Bin Ladin.
Now America has millions of enemies because Muslims all over the World now want to make Jihad against America and support the Mujahideen."
