『イスラム教徒はアメリカに激怒する...』−オサマ・ビン・ラディン（1996年）

●我々が入手したレポートによると、米国兵士（身元は明かされていない）がアフガニスタンで誘拐されたと思われる。兵士の行方に関する情報はない。
BBCによれば、米国当局はこれを身代金目的の誘拐だと考えており、捜索・救出活動をしている。
10日前にデイリー・イスラムは『米国兵士３人が誘拐された』と報じた。このニュースに注目すべきである。現在のこの事件は二番目の事件である。
●火曜日の朝、米国の爆撃機はBabarh地区（アフガニスタンの境界都市スピン・ボルダックから40km）を激しく爆撃した。
犠牲者数はまだ確認されていない。
●6人のアラブ聖戦士が殉教したと思われる。
その人達は１ヶ月前からカンダハル病院に隠れていたが、ここ24時間、彼等が生きているという徴候がみられない。
このムジャヒディンたちは、アル・カイーダ・メンバーであることを非難され、降伏を拒んだ。
彼等への食物の供給は６日前に、水の供給は3日前に止められた。
これらの6人の聖戦士は、2001年11月の米国の爆撃で負傷し、入院した11人のアラブ聖戦士の残りである。11人の兄弟のうちの4人は逃げることができた。
カンダハル住民は、ムジャヒディンの兄弟達への食物の供給が止められたこに抗議し、知事宅を攻撃した。そこで発砲があったとの報告がある。
『ムジャヒディンの声がこの24時間聞こえない。彼等は殉教したものと思われる。』と病院の警備員が報告した。
●英国政府、米国の捕虜取り扱いに不満を表明する。
英国は、キューバ グアンタナモのキャンプX-RAY（X線）に拘留中のムスリム捕虜に対する非人間的な扱いに、若干のリアクションを起こした。
アムネスティ・インターナショナルはこれらのムジャヒディンの処置を『無慈悲で、下劣で、非人間的である』と評した。
米国防長官は、『私は、彼らの処置に対していささかの懸念も感じていない。』と、囚人に対するアメリカの非人間的な処置を弁護した。
英外務省は、拘留中の捕虜のなかに3人の英国市民がいることを確認した。
現在、タリバンとアル・カイーダの捕虜50人がキューバのキャンプＸ−ＲＡＹにいる。そして、米国はもう400人のムジャヒディン捕虜を同じ基地に移送する予定であると思われる。
『イスラム教とイスラム教徒に対する戦争』の現実に目覚めた数少ないムスリムにとって、
米国の行いがイスラム教徒に恥をかかせるもの以外の何物でもないということは明白である。たとえ彼らが無実であっても、その逆に戦争捕虜であってもだ。
いわゆる文明国家の国際法は米国の捕虜に対する非人間的処置を防止するはずである。しかしながら、依然としてこれは米国の世界に対する傲慢と圧迫の別の例である。
アッラーの罰は強力である。そして、アッラーの救いは近い。

UNKNOWN ASSAILANTS KIDNAP US SOLDIER IN AFGHANISTAN
KABUL(Radio Report):
According to reports we have been receiving, it is believed that a US soldier, whose identity has not been disclosed, has been kidnapped by unknown assailants in Afghanistan.
No news has been received regarding the soldier's whereabouts and according to the BBC, the US authorities believe this soldier had been kidnapped for the sake of ransom.
Hence, a search and rescue operation has ensued.
It must be noted that the Daily Islam had published the news of three US soldiers being kidnapped 10 days ago and this is now the second incident of this nature.
US WARPLANES TARGET NEW LOCATIONS NEAR PAK-AFGHAN BORDER
CHAMAN(Islam's Correspondent):
US bombers have reportedly been bombing regions close to the Pak-Afghan border.
According to the latest reports, on Tuesday morning, US bombers heavily pounded the region of Babarh, which lies 40km away from the Afghan border city of Spin Boldak.
Casualty figures have yet to be established, but local people reported that the bombing was so intense that even nearby regions were affected.
ARAB MUJAHIDEEN IN KANDAHAR HOSPITAL SUPPORTED BY LOCAL RESIDENTS' PROTEST
KANDAHAR(KPI):
The six Arab Mujahideen, who had taken shelter in Kandahar Hospital a month ago are suspected to have been martyred as no signs of life have been witnessed from within the building during the last 24 hours.
These Mujahideen had refused to lay down their weapons as they were attacked for being Al-Qaida members.
There food supply had been stopped six days ago along with their supply of water three days ago.
These six Mujahideen were those that remained from the original 11 Arab Mujahideen who had been admitted to this hospital as a result of their injuries inflicted by US bombing in November 2001.
Four of these 11 brothers had been able to escape.
The residents of Kandahar protested as to why their Mujahideen brother's food provisions had been stopped, to the extent that they attacked the house of the governor in protest, where exchange of fire had been reported.
Latest reports from the hospital guards states that no voices from these Mujahideen have been heard for the last 24 hours and they are now believed to have been martyred.
BRITISH GOVERNMENT COMPLAIN ABOUT TREATMENT OF CAMP X-RAY PRISONERS BY THE US
LONDON(Monitoring Desk):
Britain has shown some reaction against the inhumane treatment of Muslim prisoners being held in Camp X-ray in Guantanamo Bay in Cuba.
Whereas Amnesty International has described the treatment of these Mujahideen as 'cruel, degrading and inhumane'.
The US Secretary of Defence defended America's inhumane treatment of these prisoners and said that "I do not feel even the slightest concern about their treatment."
The British foreign office have confirmed that three of the prisoners being held are British citizens.
Currently, there are 50 Taliban and Al-Qaida prisoners being held at Camp X-ray in Cuba and it is believed that the US intends to shift another 400 Mujahideen prisoners to the same base.
For the few Muslims that have waken up to the reality of this war against Islam and the Muslims, it seems very clear that the actions of the US are but a way of humiliating the Muslims, no matter if they are innocent, Prisoners-Of-War or otherwise.
Apparently international 'law' of these so caleld 'civilised nations' is meant to prevent such inhumane treatment of prisoners carried out by the US. However, this is yet another example of US arrogance and oppression upon the world.
Indeed Allah is Mighty in His Punishment and Verily the Help of Allah is near.
