●アフガニスタンのコースト地方への新たな米国の攻撃の結果3人の無実の市民が死んだ。このミサイル攻撃は地元民を緊張と恐怖に陥れた。
コーストの目撃者は、水曜日の夜にミサイルがザワル村に発射されたと言った。
この攻撃で3人の殉教が確認された。
情報源によれば、これら3人の男性達はアル・カイーダにもタリバンにも所属していなかった。しかし、米当局はこの作戦は、トラボラを退去した後でザワルに避難していたオサマの配下に対して行なわれたものだと言った。
地元民は、『過去に同じようなことがあった。今度もまた、米軍は小児性愛者アフガニの不正確な情報を信じて無実の人々を目標にした。』と話した。

源によれば、コースト、ガルディスとパクティア行政区の情勢は緊張している。地元司令官と部族長老の間でカブール行政に対する意見の相違(パワーの分配と知事の指名に関して）がある。
コーストからのレポートには、その地元民はまた、新しく知事候補に指名されたドクター・ラヒームを批判したとあった。
部族長ハジ・ナワズ・タライによれば、この地域の法と秩序の状態は非常に奇妙である。
シューラは、争いに加わる者は誰であろうとも候補者に指名しないことに決めた。
●米国は3週間の中止の後、タリバンとアル・カイーダの捕虜の移送（アフガニスタンからキューバの基地へ）を再開した。
軍当局者によれば、米国は28人のムジャヒディンをキューバのグアンタナモ湾基地へ移した。
この運搬は、夜遅くC-1輸送機で行なわれた。

Bombing Kills More Innocent Civilians
KHOST(Radio Report):
As a result of fresh US attacks over the Afghan province of Khost, 3 innocent civilians died while as missile attacks created a lot of tension and fear for the local residents.
The eyewitnesses from Khost said that on Wednesday night, missiles were launched over the village of Zawar.
There are confirmed reports of the martyrdom of 3 people in this attack.
According to sources all these 3 men did not belong to Al-Qaida nor the Taliban, but US authorities said that this action was against Usama's men who had taken shelter in Zawar after evacuating Tora Bora.
The local natives said that similar to the past, this time again the US forces targetted innocent people believing the incorrect intelligence of paedophile Afghanis.
It must be noted that Girdeez governor Bacha Khan Zooran was responsible for the US bombing over those tribes who were heading to attend Kirzai's oath taking ceremony.
According to sources the condition is tense in Khost, Girdeez and Paktika provinces and differences are present between local commanders and tribal elders with the Kabul administration. These differences are over distribution of power and nomination of governors.
The reports from Khost said that locals have also criticized the new nominated governor Dr.Raheem.
According to a tribal leader Haji Nawaz Tarai the situation regarding law-and-order is very strange in the region.
The Shura had decided not to nominate anyone who will participate in the fights.
More Prisoners Transported to Cuba
KANDAHAR(Radio Report):
The US restarted the shifting of Taliban and Al-Qaida men from Afghanistan to their base in Cuba after a suspension of 3 weeks.
According to Military Officials the US shifted 28 more Mujahideen to Guantanamo base in Cuba.
This transporting took place late night via C-1 17 Aircraft.
Although it is not yet known in which condition these Mujahideen were shifted.
It must be noted that the US stopped transporting 3 weeks back due to expansion work on the base.
ONE MORE US "TALIB" ARRESTED
WASHINGTON(International Desk):
The US claimed to have arrested 1 more US Talib.
According to the New York Times report this person was a resident of New Jersey State.
After being sickened by US culture, Harm Tooreez (Muhammad Suleman), migrated to Bangladesh in 1998 from where he came to Pakistan.
The last time he gave a message to his mother in December 1998 he told her that he was a student in Afghanistan.
Muhammad Suleman accepted Islam only 10 months before and was convinced of the true Islamic Sharia of Taliban rule.
