アフガニスタンの旧イスラム首長国の最高裁判所長官ノール・ムハンマド・サキブと副外務大臣マウルビ・アブドゥル・ラーマン・ザヒッドがカチャルク（クエッタから25km）でパキスタン警察によって逮捕された。
伝えられるところによると彼等は、おそらく米国とパキスタにより尋問の為に未知の場所へ移された。
地元のアフガニスタン人の偽善者が彼らの所在をパキスタン情報部に知らせたと思われる。

US-BACKED ANTI-TALIBAN FIGHTERS OUSTED FROM GARDEZ;300 ARRESTED, 60 KILLED
GARDEZ(Islam News):
Severe fighting has been reportedly taking place in Gardez, the capital of Afghanistan's south eastern Paktia province.
The fighting is essentially due to the disputed leadership of this strategically important province.
The local Shura leaders in Paktia had nominated Haji Saifullah Khan as governor, after the Taliban had evacuated this area.
However, it seems that Karzai's interim government ignored the wishes of the local tribal elders and instead nominated Bacha Khan as governor.
The point of conflict is that Bacha Khan is known to be a US agent and was responsible for providing misleading information to the US Military, which resulted in the killing of members of many tribes opposed to him.
Furthermore, the Afghan people of the region do not want him as governor, for he is a known drug smuggler and oppressor.
Hence, fighting has broke out between Haji Saifullah and Bacha Khan's men.
This lasted for over two days and the latest reports indicate that fighting has restarted today after a short lull on Friday.
The Daily Islam reports that over 60 men have been killed, while 300 of Bacha Khan's men have been arrested and dozens have been injured.
Authentic reports suggest that Haji Saifullah's men have pushed back Bacha Khan's men, who have reportedly fled to the nearby province of Khost, while some of them are regrouping to launch a counter attack.
Although US troops have reportedly stated that they are not involved in the fighting, it would come as no surprise if they were supplying Bacha Khan with vital logistics and arsenal, for he has proven to be a very useful agent for them in this region.
Bacha Khan has been solely responsible for directing US bombing to tribes opposed to him and this has resulted in at least 300 deaths.
Hence, the tribesmen within Paktia province will not accept Bacha Khan as governor and have shown that they will fight with their lives against his corruption and oppression.
APOSTATE PAKISTAN GOVT. ARRESTS CHIEF JUSTICE AND VICE FOREIGN MINISTER OF FORMER ISLAMIC EMIRATES OF AFGHANISTAN
QUETTA(News Agencies/Radio Report):
The former Islamic Emirates of Afghanistan's Chief Justice, Noor Muhammad Saqib and Vice Foreign Minister, Maulvi Abdul Rahman Zahid, have been arrested by Pakistani police from Kachlak, which lies 25km away from Quetta.
They were reportedly shifted to an unknown location, probably for joint US-Pak interrogation.
It is believed that local Afghan hypocrites informed the Pakistani intelligence agencies as to their whereabouts.
May Allah destroy, humiliate and make apparent the hypocrites all around the world.
