IMFは、米国も監視している。IMFは、IMFの独自のテクノクラートが、独自のマニュアルに即して、処方箋を書き、当該国に示して、指導する。
この本は、物理を安直に知った被りするのに有効である程度に、IMFを知ることができるだけだ。ある程度、英語が読めるなら、IMFのことは、IMFに聞いたほうが良いと思う。彼らは、結構、真面目な質問には、真面目に応えてくれる。
IMFは、「The IMF is an international organization of 184 member countries. 」である。IMFはIMFであって、米国では無い。
