非常に興味深いのは，２００３年から，主要メディアでは扱われない、巨大な腐敗や経済戦争の隠された次元を調査する論説、報道，暴露を扱うようになったという。硬派な政経分析ジャーナルから、局面をシフトしたようで、ワンタ事件はその恰好のものだったようだ。

このような人物が、なぜ天文学的損害賠償のリスク、刑事訴追で投獄されるリスク，今後読者から刊行物を一切買ってもらえなくなるリスク（信頼と名誉を失うリスク）の３重不利益を冒しなぜ執筆を続けるのだろうか。また、殺される可能性もあるはずだ。つまりリスクの四重奏である。このような風聞を撒くことの代償はあまりに大きいのではないか。

また、名指しされた連中から、訴訟等の動きが全くない事実をどう受け止めてたらいいのか。ワンタは元政府高官であり、ストーリーも英国で今年３８年目となる同一の政治経済分析ジャーナル誌の編集長を務める人間だ。３８年間編集長というのは、同業の中で、誰も及ばない長さのいわば世界的記録だ。これだけの公人が世界に向けて告発しているのであり、名もない私人が風聞をながしているのと次元が違う。それなのに、名指しされた人々の弁護士はクライアントの名誉を守るためのアクションを全く取っていない。一体どういうことなのか。彼等が動きを取らないという事実が、このワンタ事件、長官逮捕事件の真偽を判定する上で、非常に重みを持つ。また、今後、一切、彼等からの訴訟等のアクションが起きない場合、ワンタ、ストーリー、コッテルサイドの話の構図が、すべて事実である可能性が圧倒的に高くなるというほかない。また、これを隠さなければならない深刻な事情や事態が、個人や一企業の名誉を超えたレベルで横たわっていると考えざるをえないことになるだろう（米中央銀行の崩壊、ドルの崩壊、ユーロ下落等金融システム・世界経済システムへのインパクト、背後の地下勢力の総合的あぶり出しなど）。

まとめ
１ワンタの主張に完全に沿って、彼の信託が合法的に存在し、彼が合法的受託人であり、そこに入れられているカネがアメリカ国民のものである、と米国連邦裁判所が２００３年に判決を出していること。

２名指しで世上告発された人々，企業が、その告発者に一切法的アクションを起こしていないこと。C.ストーリーに対する出版差し止め訴訟も起きていないこと。

３ワンタ／ストーリーら告発者側は命を奪われるリスクも含めた、上述の４重のリスクを起こしていること。

この３つの事実はワンタ／ストーリー側の話が真実である可能性の側に大きく傾斜させるファクターで、非常に重い事実といわざるを得ない。
