ご指摘の通り、10の10乗でしたね。
ウィキペディアから投稿用のスペースにコピペしたものを見ながらやっていたので、
「10の10乗kg」を意味するはずだったのが平坦になっていて「1010kg」と読んでしまいました。
＃なんか変だなぁ、とは思ったのですが。（＾＾ヾ
しかし、そこの数字が大元のNASAサイトのデータと違っています。
日本語のウィキペディアでは、
物理的性質
直径 270 - 410 m
質量 7.2 ×1010 kg
となっていますが、英語のウィキペディアでも
Physical characteristics
Dimensions ~270 m [1]
Mass 2.7 × 1010 kg [2]
NASAのページでも
Diameter 0.270 km
Mass 2.7e+10 kg
幅、ないし直径が「最大270m」か「270m」だが、質量は2.7X10の10乗kgとなっています。
＃そこの2.7のあとについている「e+」が「10乗」の意味なんでしょうか。
いずれにせよ相当大きいことは認めますが、「2.7」が「7.2」になっているのは？？
です。

Apophis, a 900-foot asteroid, was believed by scientists to have a greater than 2 percent chance of hitting earth.
Wired explains,
The asteroid appeared ready to give the Earth its closest shave since astronomers began looking for such things. It was judged a 4 on the Torino Impact Hazard Scale for a short time, the highest rating any near-Earth object has received.
Scientists have since scaled back their predictions -- they now believe the odds of it crashing into earth are 1 in 250,000 -- but astronomers do expect it to come startlingly close to the earth's surface, whizzing past our planet just 18,300 miles away in April 2029.
The Jet Propulsion Laboratory has created a simulation of the asteroid's path past earth. See it in action (from Apophis' perspective) below.

だから、こんな映像を作って「衝突はなくても超接近だよ」と印象付けるんだろうなぁ、
と思っていたら......ロシア･トゥデイのサイトでは、
宇宙の専門家、ジェフ･マンバーがアポフィスを語るってな感じで記事が大晦日付けで
出ていて、そのタイトルがまた

A huge asteroid, 350 meters in diameter, will come dangerously close to Earth, risking a lethal crash with our planet. However, Russian Federal Space Agency says there are ways to avert the collision.
A celestial body named Apophis – asteroid 2004 MN4 – is considered the greatest space danger for Earth. In 2029 it will pass within 30 thousand kilometers of Earth, closer than some orbital satellites. The greater danger, though, is to be expected in 2036 when the next encounter with Earth by the asteroid is planned – the trajectory of the celestial body is expected to change so that the collision is quite likely, the head of Federal Space Agency, Anatoly Perminov, said in an interview with the Voice of Russia radio. He mentioned the data comes from research by an unnamed scientist claiming the accident is almost inevitable.

という人物のインタビュー・ビデオが載っていたのに、今はありません。
そのときメモっておいたエンベッド・コードを入れてみます。

上の記事部分では、のっけから「直径350mの小惑星」と、NASA発表より80mも大きく
なっているうえ、お気づきのように「ハルマゲドン」などという言葉を使って、
危機感をあおっています。また2029年の接近より2036年の再接近では

とされていて、連邦宇宙局（Federal Space Agency）のアナトリー･ペルミノフが、
“ロシアの声”ラジオ局でのインタビューで語ったこととされています。
しかし、おもしろいのは

この事故（衝突）はほぼ避けられないと主張するデータを出してきた科学者の名前は、
明かされていないということです。
これまでにもこういうパターンは結構見ているのですが、誰がそう言ったのかは謎、曖昧なまま残される。

目にしたIPCCの文書でくり返し訴えられていた文言なのですよ。

何人もアマチュア天文家が見ているだろう、ホラ、ドイツの13歳の少年も計算して云々、
というだろうけれども、その少年のデータだってNASA（Never A Straight Answerだけど）は否定している。
