In the past, no nuclear terrorist programme has been declared to the world and carried out.The whole world was terrified by the possibility of the destruction of the global environment and the complete extinction of the human race due to the largest terrorist attack on a nuclear power plant in Europe. Although the Russian military defended itself, it was a clear global crime of nuclear terrorism. The whole world should denounce it. If we do not denounce it, it will become a major fact in world history that nuclear terrorism can be carried out but not denounced if it is defended.

In particular, Turkey, Bulgaria, Romania, Russia, Georgia, and other Black Sea countries, as well as Greece, Lebanon, Israel, Cyprus, Egypt, and other Mediterranean littoral states, should denounce the Ukrainian government for planning and carrying out nuclear terrorism.In addition, the United States has a close relationship with the Ukrainian government and should have been aware of the Ukrainian government's plans and execution. If the U.S. knew of the nuclear terrorism plan and left it unattended, the U.S. will be held responsible and on a global scale.

2011/03/11のフクシマ原発事故から11年経過する。
ウクライナのゼレンスキー大統領は「原発が燃えている。ロシア軍が砲撃している」と原発テロを、自作自演で遂行した。しかし、ロシア軍に原発を防御されて、原発テロ作戦は失敗した。原子炉本体が攻撃された実際の画像は全く無い。ウクライナ外務省は原発火災テロ作戦を事前に認識し、周辺住人数千人が被害を受けるとのべた。原発テロ自作自演を政府ぐるみで計画実行し、失敗したことは明白である。

過去に、原発テロ計画を世界に明言し実行した例は無い。全世界は欧州最大原発テロで地球環境破壊、人類完全絶滅の可能性に恐怖した。ロシア軍が防御したが、明白な原発テロの地球規模の犯罪である。全世界は糾弾すべきである。糾弾しなければ、原発テロは実行しても防御された場合は糾弾されずに済むとの、世界歴史上の大きな事実となる。

とりわけ、トルコ、ブルガリア、ルーマニア、ロシア、ジョージア、の黒海周辺国、及び、ギリシャ、レバノン、イスラエル、キプロス、エジプトのは地中海沿岸国は、原発テロを計画実行したウクライナ政府を厳重に糾弾すべきである。また、米国はウクライナ政府との関係は深く、ウクライナ政府の計画と実行は把握していたはずである。原発テロ計画を知りながら放置していたのであれば、米国の責任は重大であり世界規模である。
