国連広報センターのペイジを見ましたが、選挙監視について見つけることが出来ませんでした。以下はイギリスの支援団体なのですが、
enquiries@progressio.org.uk　宛てに下手な英語で、国連の選挙監視団に連絡する方法（住所emai）などを問い合わせしました。何か連絡があれば（ 知る大切さ）この皆んなでアイデアだして国連選挙監視団を日本へ来てもら方法を見つけよう。コメントに連絡します。以下はそのメイルの内容です。
Dear.

At first I want to explain why I send you this email. I am Japanese but living a long time in Belgium. So I can not good write in English!
I sow in a comment of news that many people in Japan want to ask the help of united nation to observe the fraud election. But they said they do not know how they should proceed to ask for the united nations office the election observation. They don't know to read English.

The fraud technique of Japanese election is simple that Japanese government oblige to use vote counting machine connected to the central computer of general election committees in the hole Japanese elections.

This counting machine is made by one company (Musashi) which provides voting paper, pencil so the whole material of election. And people can not use another pen like ballpoint pen or ink pen. Even the shareholders of this company are prime minister Abe and many liberal democratic partie's former politicians. And every election results are announced int the same time at the beginning of Counting ballots.

If you understand this situation of Japanese fraud election system.
