福島第一原発作業員への国民徴発制への伏線ではないか？

２年前から人手が足りないと言いながら、更に求職者の枠を狭めている。

この新聞記事の基になった論文(Received April 11, 2016　Received in revised form June 18, 2016　Accepted July 11, 2016)の問題点を指摘する。

①　外部被曝（The Basic Survey of the FHMS for external radiation dose estimation）は、２０１２年４月から６月にかけて行われた航空機による測定を基にしたもので、Ｉ－１３１は、影も形もなくなっている。

②　①の被曝のほとんどは、放射性セシウム（Ｃｓ－１３４、Ｃｓ－１３７）によるものだけれど、Ｉ－１３１の濃度は、必ずしも、Ｃｓ－１３７に比例しない。（the ratio of 131I/137Cs in fallout decreases with the increase of the ground deposition density of 137Cs within the trace related to a radioactive cloud）

以下の論文で引用されている福島第一原発から６０キロ圏内には、市部のみ挙げれば、相馬市、南相馬市、福島市、二本松市、郡山市、須賀川市、いわき市が含まれる。（会津若松市と喜多方市を除く。）

チェルノブイリ６０キロ圏における、Ｉ－１３１／Ｃｓ－１３７比は、３－５０の間で、福島第一原発６０キロ圏内の同比は、５－７０である。

環境中におけるＣｓ－１３７とＩ－１３１の沈着までの挙動は、様々な要件(放射性物質の特性や気象条件）に影響される。（Cesium was likely to be predominantly attached to aerosols, while iodine was present in various forms: (1) elemental, which would be deposited more readily than aerosols in the case of dry deposition, (2) organic, which would deposit much less than aerosols, and (3) aerosols. 米国は、インドネシア、韓国、南米の国々で、社会・共産主義勢力の台頭を恐れて、それらの国の傀儡政権に命じて、共産主義者や社会主義者はもちろん、反権力の市民運動家や労働運動家を徹底的に弾圧・抹殺政策を実行させた。

これまでの米国のセオリーどおりであれば、日本共産党も、弾圧・抹殺を逃れえなかった。

ところが、現実には、何が起こったか？

これは、何を意味するのか、考えてほしい。

さて、原子力船「むつ」に、話を戻す。

むつは試験航行で、原子力の出力を、１．４％に上げたところで、ガンマ線と中性子線が漏れ出ていることが、分かった。（「0.002 (MS/時)」とは、「原子力船rむつ0.002mSv/時｣のこと。ガンマ線と中性子線の、どちらの測定値か不明。）

原子力戦「むつ」が、廃船になったのは、マスコミが騒いだからではなく、時の政府の判断によるものだ。

すなわち危険だと判断した。
